Hello my lovelies,
I haven’t posted in a few weeks for a few reasons. The first
was that I was literally out of ideas and really didn’t want to post a super
boring and useless post. The second is that recently I’ve been super busy with
revision and exams so really have not found the time to but finally I had a
little light bulb moment.
As were in spring right now the weather is getting warmer
and I thought it was time to start getting fit again and loose the extra pounds
I gained over the winter! I love food and worship Nutella but it was time to
STOP and start my Journey to my summer body.
This post is going to be part of a series on what I’ve been
doing to achieve my goal – work out, diet/meal plan, timetable, outfits and
other stuff!
I’m not an expert in the matter and do not mean to sound
like I am but this is that I do to stay fit and get into shape.
My Workout-
20 min jog
10 min walk
100 star jumps
100 crunches
100 squats
50 hip bridges
30 jump lunges
25 leg raises
25 side leg raises
25 fire hydrants
25 donkey kicks
20 high knees
20 push ups
20 push ups
1 min plank
Notes-
Take regular water breaks
Stretch before and after
Stretch before and after
If in need take a break
Don’t push yourself
Start of easier or harder depending on how you feel
comfortable
